UV RESISTANT Vs. UV PROTECTED
UV resistant is NOT UV safe. UV protected is UV safe. All PET / RPET plastics used in this industry can be considered UV resistant because they block the lower end of the UV light spectrum. Also, unless steps are taken all PET / RPET experiences derogation in light. We have taken said steps make sure MOC Masters provides the Ultimate Protection. We'll elaborate.
UV is measured in nanometers (nm) and has a range of 0-400nm. Standard PET / RPET is effective to approximately 280nm. If we look at Micro-Beaded PET / RPET we see coverage up to 320nm. Our cases utilize PET / RPET infused UV blocking additives (not a thin film) that eliminate harmful UV. Our product allows less than 5% of UV transmission at 390nm. Also, by infusing UV blocking additives to our raw materials during the extrusion process our product will last longer is it resist the naturally occurring plastic derogation.

SHIPPING:
We typically fulfill orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation containing tracking information. $10 FLAT SHIPPING applies to contiguous United States orders only (excluding clothing). Please note that we use UPS for the majority of our shipments. That means if you have PO BOX we can not accept your order as UPS will not deliver to P.O Boxes.
Clothing is made to order (in the US) and shipping is calculated based on your order weight. Clothing does not quality for $10 flat shipping. Orders containing preorder items will not ship until all items on order are in-stock. $10 flat shipping is NOT applicable on wholesale orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If upon check-out the shipping looks off or says not available please email us at support@moc-masters.com and will assist. International shipping cost do not include any international taxes or duties.
CANCELLATIONS:
Orders that have been received but not yet shipped may be cancelled for a full refund upon request. If a cancellation is necessary please send an email with your name and order number to support@moc-masters.com.
RETURNS:
Returns are only accepted if a wrong item was sent or if items received were defective. To begin a return please send your name, order number and reason for return request to support@moc-masters.com. If accepted you will then receive an email with detailed return instructions. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items a refund will be issued (minus cost of shipping).
Accidents do happen during shipping. If you received a damaged product we simply need a picture of the damaged goods so we can properly file a claim. Without pictures of the damaged products we can not start the damage claim process. Replacements will not be sent until shipping carrier determines damaged was caused during shipping process and approves the damage claim. No returns will be accepted on orders more than 15 days from delivery date.
Please note: If a figure states "fits centered" within a case this means that there will be space on the sides and possibly the top of the figure that will allow for movement within the case and is not an exact fit for said figure. Please keep this in consideration before ordering.
MOC Masters is not responsible if a figure does not fit in a particular case. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm that the cases ordered are compatible for the figures the customer wants to protect. Even if toy line is listed as compatible, there are multiple variations of packaging in all toy lines. Fitment of figures inside cases may vary.
WHY 60-PACK Vs. 50-PACK Vs. 80-PACK?:
We receive our premium product from of Michigan based factory in cartons ranging from 40 per full case up to 80 per full case. This is simply a function of efficiency.

We respect your time and will only send out updates when it is warranted. Nobody likes SPAM and that is another reason why we keep these to a minimum. That said, when we do have something to share you will want to be in the know.
